This big bag filling station is specially designed to meet the needs of pharmaceutical and food industries. The model is intended to fill big bags in white zones and then remove them to a storage area. A closed locked with two airtight doors allows to link the two areas and avoids the introduction of pallets in sensitive areas.
The FlowMatic® 10 model was developed for the pharmaceutical and food industries. This model is designed to fill big bag (super sack, bulk bag, fibc, jumbo bag) in white area and then transfer them to a storage area. A sas (grey area) closed with two airtight doors enables make the connection between the two areas and avoids the introduction of the pallets in the sensible zone. The commercial weighing combined with the pallets and super sacks feeding and extraction line enables the preparation of large quantities ready for sale with little operator intervention.
